asparagus (as much as you need to serve you and your family or guests)
one bunch cilantro, washed and chopped
salt and pepper
half a lime
Preheat the oven to 450F
Start by washing and trimming off the ends of the asparagus. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet (or in foil if cooking on the grill) and drizzle on olive oil to coat.
Sprinkle on a teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven until browned and tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle on cilantro and the juice of half a lime before serving.
