1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup tahini (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Vegetables to serve with hummus
Place all items, except for the vegetables, in a food processor or immersion blender container. Blend until smooth.
