1 pint cherry tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
salt and black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F. Rise and dry with cherry tomatoes and place on a baking sheet with a tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and and black pepper, and bake for about 10 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
While tomatoes are roasting, cook pasta according to package instructions.
When tomatoes and pasta are done, drain pasta and toss with roasted tomatoes, additional oil, salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
Optional: add red pepper flakes for a spicier dish.
