1 bunch of fresh radishes, cleaned with greens removed, chopped in half
1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of water
Heat a sauté or frying pan on medium. Add chopped radishes and water to the hot pan and cover with a lid for 3-5 minutes occasionally turning radishes. Once they have started to turn translucent add the butter, salt and pepper. Cook on medium- medium high until browned on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
