Northside Farmers Market received a USDA Farmers Market Promotion Program grant in 2021. NFM was the only farmers market in Ohio to receive it that year!

With the grant, we have been able to add supports for our vendors. One of those supports is providing vendor training on those items the vendors struggle with. Working with OSU Extension, Northside Farmers Market will be able to provide six trainings to our vendors, but also our area vendors. As a member of the Southwest region Ohio Farmers Market Network, Northside Farmers Market spreads the word about the trainings and offers them for FREE to anyone that may benefit from it.
